Shorts read 'broker', wave reads 'Salt Imports'

The Indonesian Traditional Salt Producers Association has rejected the government's plan to import 3.7 million tons of salt saying that salt imports that exceeded local demand would only disrupt efforts to become self-sufficient in the commodity, that the justification for the quota was weak and it would only benefit food import cartels and undermine Indonesia's struggling traditional salt farmers.
